A work place becomes boring if there is no engagement activity for employees and in return it hinders the employee work performance and over all motivation on the floor. To encourage employees and ease their daily stressful routines, a Movie Day out was organized for Jazz & Warid teams. It was the exclusive movie screening of one of the most anticipated films of the year -The Fate of the Furious (F8), which is the continuation of the series of Fast & Furious. More than 500 employees attended the event held at Universal Cinemas Emporium Mall on 18 Apr, 17. The arrangements were exemplary and no one faced any trouble or dissatisfaction related to the event. Popcorns and drinks were also served on the house as refreshments to the attendees. Moreover, to cater maximum employees, working in different shift timings, two separate shows were booked for morning & evening. This initiative is the brain child of Waqas Mehr – Manager Operations, which was organized and planned by Afshan Iftikhar & Tehreem Fatima – Asst. Manager Operations. With all their sheer efforts and determination, this event became a huge success spreading so many smiles all around.
